WoooHoooo....The NEW Electronic Teaching Trumpet only in Japan now.

The New brand only in Japan now.
The EZ-TP Electronic Teaching Trumpet from Yamaha. Budding musicians who want to pick up the trumpet might want to try out the Yamaha EZ-TP Electronic Teaching Trumpet first. This is the digital way to learn the trumpet.

The trumpet can play 22 different sounds, and the best part it includes a a volume control. Unfortunately, this will be available only in Japan at this point in time. It is also built-in 21 songs and allows you to share and save your MIDI-produced tunes to a computer for review later on.

Don't worry about getting saliva all over this digital trumpet - as you should know by now, liquids and electronics tend not to go down so well with each other traditionally. All you need to do is hum and the EZ-TP trumpet will get to work straight away, helping you learn the proper fingering as well.

In addition, you can download songs and load them onto the EZ-TP to help speed up your learning of unfamiliar tunes. Still, this is no substitute for blowing on an actual trumpet since you will still need to get your mouthwork and lung power up, and there is no substitute for that other than regular practice.

Yamaha EZ-TP features:
• 3 Modes: freestyle w/ valves, freestyle w/o valves, lighted teaching
• 22 Sounds
• 21 built-in songs for training
• Flash memory
• Weight: 0.8 kg. (1.76 lbs.)
• Speaker: 8 cm.
• Power: AC adapter for up to 120V (included) or 4 AA batteries (not incl.)
• MIDI cable (included)
• Manual (Japanese)
• Song book

General MIDI (GM) Compatible/MIDI IN and OUT for Computer Connectivity: MIDI is the path between your keyboard and the internet. With GM you have access to thousands of MIDI song files on the internet. And with the supplied MIDI adapter, you can also transfer data to another MIDI instrument.
